Please Stop Talking About Motivation
When we say someone is unmotivated, what we often mean is they are not doing what we think they should be doing. When we say we ourselves our lacking motivation, what we often mean is
“I don’t feel like doing anything today” or “I don’t feel very well” or even “I don’t feel like I belong here.”
